Fees and Charges

As a profit-for-members group MAP aims to keep costs as low as possible.

One of the major benefits of investing in the MAP Australian Equity Fund is that there is no entry fee, contribution fee or exit fee (provided you hold units in the fund for a period greater than 12 months). The total annual management costs of the MAP Australian Equity Fund are 1.6% of funds under management (including an administration fee, custodian fee and estimated External Investment Manager fees).

There is a small buy/sell spread between purchase and redemption costs to cover brokerage on investing and redeeming monies in the fund. When you purchase units in the fund, you pay the issue price, which is the Current Unit Value. Due to the method by which the Net Fund Value is calculated. MAP applies the buy/sell spread upon application to the Fund, therefore no buy/sell spread applies to redemptions from MAP's Australian Equity Fund.
