Australian Equity, International Equity and Diversified Property pools were opened for investment from 1 March 2004. The Diversified Property Pool invested only in Australian Listed Property Trusts prior to 1 March 2004.
Monthly and quarterly rates are not annualised, all other rates are annualised. Rolling year returns are compound annual averages.
The investment performance for each pool cannot be calculated by dividing unit prices at different points in time. This is because administration fees are levied via a reduction in member units.
