Member Profile

For many years, MAP members were almost exclusively Medical Professionals and their families. This included Doctors, Dentists, Radiologists, Psychologists, Optometrists, Pharmacists, Veterinarian’s etc.

Our membership maintains a strong medical profile but has expanded to include Lawyers, Engineers, Airline Pilots, Economists, Academics and Accountants and their families.

The services members utilise are also expanding.

Some members move onto establishing their own Self Managed Superannuation Funds and in doing so, use the MAP Pooled Superannuation Trust (PST) for some of their investments. Other members may invest funds in the MAP Australian Equity Fund (AEF).

Increasingly, members are taking advantage of MAP Financial Planning as they seek a more strategic approach to their investment needs and the execution of their objectives.

The ongoing development of the MAP range of products and services has attracted a broader base of members and future developments should see this trend continue.
