Ms Erbel was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MAP in June 2011, and is responsible to the board for the day to day management of the MAP Group.

Her most recent role was an 18 month contract as the Regional Manager Advice QLD for UniSuper, where she was responsible for recruiting, building and developing a financial planning team, undertaking business development activities and project managing the review of the national seminar program.

Prior roles include the Executive Manager Advice for QInvest; State Manager, Westpac Financial Planning; Business Development Manager, IOOF and Business Superannuation Manager, Westpac. In between some of these roles she commenced and ran a business which incorporated training, recruitment, contracting and consulting in the financial services space. She sold this company to Tribeca, which has since been renamed Kaplan. She has also spent 4 years as a consultant.

Ms Erbel is a regional councillor for FINSIA and has recently written and developed and is lecturing a superannuation course at the University of Queensland.

Mr Hoyes was appointed Chief Financial Officer of MAP in 1991 and is responsible for the administration and accounting for the Fund and reporting to members of the Fund. This includes recording and valuation of investments and control of Investors accounts.

His previous roles in auditing and consultancy with chartered accountants, Pannell Kerr Forster, Kendalls KBM and Coopers and Lybrand have provided him with a broad knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practice. Mr Hoyes is a qualified chartered accountant and has extensive experience in systems design and accounting software.

Mr Endres was appointed Chief Investment Officer of MAP in January 2008 and is responsible for the investment strategy of the fund. He has 15 years experience in investment management principally in the areas of asset valuation, financial market modelling and product development.

He held previous roles at Suncorp Investments in asset allocation and the last 10 years at Tactical Global Management, a specialist GTAA, Global Macro and currency manager. 

Ms Fairweather was appointed Business Development Manager of MAP in April 2010 and is responsible for the promotion of MAP’s products and services to the medical and allied health industry.

Ms Fairweather has over 18 years experience in the financial services industry, her experience ranges from large corporations in Sydney to smaller financial planning firms in Adelaide.

Ms Fairweather also has her sights set on introducing MAP to other professionals, whilst building strong relationships with existing members and forming new relationships with potential members.
